Loraine "Foxey" Brown (Cutsinger) Tuley

Loraine (Foxey) Brown Cutsinger Tuley, age 79, of Indianapolis IN., died Friday, October 21, 2011. Born January 31, 1932 in Evansville to Larry and Vera Cutsinger. Loraine spent the first part of her life as a military wife raising six children. She subsequently worked for 26 years as a civil servant, working as a youth director in Germany, Fort Knox, KY, Fort Benjamin Harrison, IN and Minneapolis, MN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jackie Lee Tuley, her daughter Bridgette Tuley and her brother Larry Cutsinger. Survivors include two daughters, Lynda Congleton and Pamela Warren; three sons, Jeffery Tuley, Sam Tuley and Thomas Tuley, nine grandchildren, five great grandchildren, her sister Eileen Linxwiler and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, October 23, 2011 at Evanston Wesleyan Church, 6901 Evanston Avenue, Indianapolis. Foxey's love for parties and festive hats is well known and therefore a memorial dinner celebrating her life will follow at the Millersville Masonic Lodge, 4990 Kessler Blvd, E. Dr.,Indianapolis , where everyone is invited to wear a hat if desired.
