Linda Sue (Montgomery) Shugart
October 18, 1954 — December 28, 2011
Linda was a beloved friend and teacher at Roanoke United Methodist Child Care. She was a dedicated child care teacher for 14 years and will be missed by many. She had a special place in her heart for the children and made a difference in numerous childrens lives. She was a special person that will live on in many peoples hearts. Graduated from Plainfield High School and attended Butler University for elementary education. Huge into Girl Scouts for 5 years and was a leader and volunteered for 4-H. She had a life long love for children.
Linda is survived by; sons, Michael J. and Robert P. Shugart; daughter, Rebecca L. Shugart; father, Jack Montgomery; brothers, Steve & Gary Montgomery and four grandchildren; Kyra, Makenna, Kiahna and Nikora, former spouse, David Shugart.
Burial will be held at Maple Hill Cemetery
