Survivors include; daughter, Megan Elise (Ed) Elmore; sons, Leslie Douglas Patterson III, Drake Mitchell Patterson, and Luke Dalton Patterson; sisters, Yolanda (David) Schrowe and Lisa (James) Wood; 3 nieces and 3 nephews; 3 Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by; father, Leslie Douglas Patterson Sr. and Mother Regina Kay Patterson.

Leslie served his country by serving in the United State Army 82nd Airborne Division.

Services will be on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 6:00pm at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 W US Hwy 52, Fountaintown IN 46130 with Visitation from 4:00pm until the time of service at the mortuary. Officiating the service will be Bro. David Bullock. Graveside services will be at 2:00pm at Nevelsville Cemetery, Nevelsville, KY.
