Kim L. (Kemper) Montgomery, 47, of Indianapolis, passed away September 20, 2016. She was born April 3, 1969 in Indianapolis to Joseph W. and Billie Ann (Vaughn) Montgomery. Kim is survived by her parents; son, Billy Ray Robbins II; daughter, Brooke Robbins; sisters, Cheri Schatz and Faith Williams; grandchildren Charles O'Banion and Maximus O'Banion.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, September 23, 2016 at 7:00 pm at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, 1444 W US Hwy 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130 with Visitation from 5:00 until the time of service at the mortuary. Officiating the service will be Pastor Carl Coffey.
