He is survived by companion, Jane Stipp; sons, Thomas Edward Stanley, Thomas Raymond Stipp, Stephen Richard Stipp and David Kenneth Stipp; mother, Ruth M. Smith; father, Thomas R. Stipp; step-father, Stephen R. Smith; sisters, Kris (Mark) Frame and Kim(Blake) Turner.
