Kelley R. (Ellison) Smith, 33 of Muncie, passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. Kelley is survived by her son, Christian Smith; mother, Donna Semler; father, Steve Ellison; brothers, Adam and Dustin Ellison and grandparents, Don and Ruth Moore.
