50, Indianapolis, passed away August 18, 2011. Kay will be reunited again with her parents, Robert and Marilyn Brooks and sister, Karen Drake, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, James "David" Lewis, Jessica Spencer and Taylor Grant; grandchildren, James, Elijah, Emilee and Lee; brothers, Gary Brooks and Jeff Brooks; sister, Jill Schulze.
