Services will be held Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 W US Hwy 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130. Visitation will be Thursday, April 22, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a rosary at 2:00 p.m. Officiating will be family friend, Mr. Brent Cummings.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks must be worn for visitation and service.
