Preceded in death by husband, David E. Stultz; father, Elisha Kissam; mother, Helen Kissam.

Judith was a member of Job's Daughters.

Service will be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at 6:00pm at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 W US HWY 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130 with Visitation from 4:00pm until time of service at the mortuary. Private graveside service will be Friday, April 22, 2022. Officiating the service will be Pastor Tobby Smith.
