Survivors include wife, Angel Clay; mother, Sheila Barton; sons, Dejvan, Denaireus, Latavion, Kaleb Juan II, Tyrus, Jabari & Kingston Clay; brother, Darvous Clay.
Preceded in death by, father, Wayne Clay; sisters, Tajvanna Clay & Stephanie Strong; daughters, Shianne & Juaniquia Clay.
Juan was a refferee and coach for 20 years for his boys.
Visitation will be Friday June 7, 2024 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster Askin Sandrock Chapel, 2310 W Washington St, Indianapolis,IN 46222.
