Survivors include daughters, Heather (John) Shaw and Cathy Fields; sisters, Pamela Carrier, Shirley Plummer and Teresa (Brent) Booher; brothers, Ronnie (Patty) Bray and Merle (Dorothy) Bray as well as 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, Annie and Edward Bray; sister, Vicky Bray; brothers, Larry Bray and Billy Bray.
Joyce was a homemaker ~ she loved country music, spending time with her family and the quote "You are my sunshine".
Service will be on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 3:00pm at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock Chapel, 2310 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222 with visitation from 12:00pm until time of service at the mortuary.
