Joann Murphy Albright

JoAnn passed on peacefully, Sunday, September 20, 2009 at Hendricks Regional Health Hospital in Danville, IN with her family at her side. A 1955 graduate of Joliet Township H.S., JoAnn lived in the Joliet-Plainfield, IL area until moving to Indiana four years ago. She was a certified orthotist , working in the area for more than 15 years. She was also an active member of Crystal Lawns Church of the Nazarene. JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Ida MaeEymanMurphy, a brother Charles, an infant son John, and a grandson, Joel Athialy. She is survived by a daughter , JudyAbraham Athialy of Avon, IN, and a son CharlesSueAlbright of Marion, IL, grandchildren Jason and Seth Athialy, Jon and Ashlie Albright , one great-grandchild, Emily Albright , one brother, DennisMarianneMurphy of Plainfield, IL and one sister, KathyTomOstrem of Spring Hill, FL, and numerous nieces and nephews. As was JoAnn's request, cremation rites have been accorded. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org
