Jimmie Utah Levings, Sr., 77, of Greenfield, IN, formerly of Bowling Green, KY entered into eternal rest on February 20, 2016. He was born March 14, 1938 in Noble County, OK to the late Hercules Lee Levings and Mary Bernice Crabtree Levings.
He is survived by wife of 56 years Bertha Russell Levings of Franklin, KY., a son, Jimmie Levings Jr. (Lorna) of Indianapolis, IN, a daughter, Mary Levings McAllister of Indianapolis, IN, Five grandchildren: Clinton Wayne Cooper, Kyle Matthew Cooper, Kristin (Josh) Wade, Hannah McAllister and Breanna Levings, all of Indiana. One great grandson, Kalon Cooper of Florida; Brother, Johnny (Helen) Levings of Bowling Green, KY; sister, Patricia (Susie) White and husband Gregg of Bowling green, KY. Preceded in death by brothers Charles (Pee Wee) Levings and wife Brenda, and Joseph Wayne Levings of Bowling Green, KY; sisters Juanita (Ray) Denham of Cub Run, KY, and Cleo Potter of Indianapolis, IN.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. at Cones Funeral Home, 1510 Campbell Lane, Bowling Green, KY. with visitation from 1:00pm to 5:00pm at the mortuary.
