Jessie M. (Rogers) Coffey, 57 of New Palestine, passed away July 31, 2013. She was born in Hazard, KY on March 14, 1956, daughter of William Dexter Rogers and Mildred Rogers Cox. She enjoyed reading, spending time with her grandchildren, shopping and cooking and worked as a Claims Processor at State Farm Insurance. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Ben Coffey; two daughters, April (Pete) Shaunki and Alicia (Eddy) Wenzel; brothers, Michael, Bill and Tom Rogers; five grandchildren, Reagan, Hannah, Abby, Leah and Aiden. Visitation will be held Friday, Aug. 2, 2013, from 4pm-9pm at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel. Funeral service will be at 11:00 am Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013, at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 7925 Huff St. Acton, IN, with calling from 10 am until time of service at the church,with Bobby Jewell officiating, burial to follow at New Palestine Cemetery.
