Jesse R. Vandiver, Jr.

Jesse R. Vandiver, Jr. , 57, of Indianapolis, IN passed away August 26, 2018. JR, as he was known by family and friends, was born in Gary, Indiana on February 6, 1961. He is survived by his daughter, Marsha, whom he called Miss Marsha; son, Jesse III, whom he called Duders; sisters, Jacqueline (Clayton), Betty; brothers, Roger (Patty), Russell (Dee); nephews, Daniel, Roger Jr.; nieces, Kimberly (Jeremy), Jessica, Mary Ann (Alex), Lois; great nieces, Morgan, Michelle, Rachael, Zoey, Sofia; great nephew, Mark; close friends, Misty, Cindy, Debbie, Harvey, Johnny, Evelyn, Janet, Sam, Zackery and many others. JR is preceded in death by his mother, Lois Vandiver (nee Warner) and father, Jesse R. Vandiver Sr.; sisters, Rebecca, Cheryl and Mary; brother, Gregory.

Jesse's hobbies included fishing, deer hunting,mushroom hunting and spending time with his kids. JR was a black belt in Taekwondo. JR loved his family and will be missed greatly by all.
