Jerry A. Mayfield , 73, Indianapolis,IN passed away at 5:15 pm, Wednesday November 18, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents Mary Hayden Hybarger and Leonard E. Mayfield. He is survived by his wife Joanna L. Mayfield of 25 years. 4 children, 5 grandchildren , 4 great grandchildren and brother, Michael Mayfield.
