This morning, 20th of August 2014, between the hours of 7-9:00 a.m., our beloved mother, grandmother, great
and great, great grandmother, Jeane A. "Lavon" Neal went home to be with her Lord Jesus where she joined
her mother, Alma Sahner, and her husband of over 60 years Forest Junior "Pikey" Nea! who both preceded
her in death.

Grandma Neal, as she is affectionately called by her family, shared over 60 years of her life with Forest
"Pikey" Neal. Together they owned and operated The Corner Cafe and The Pike-n-Shine Tavern in
Brownsburg. Grandma worked most of her adult life for Les Henson of the Henson Insurance Agency. She
loved playing Bingo and played multiple times a week. Pikey and Jeane only had one child and that is Sandra
Carol Neal McLaughlin. Over the last 3 years Sandy set with her mother every other day taking her "Special
Treats" and snacks that Jeane loved. Prior to her moving in to the nursing home, Craig honored the promise
he made to papaw "Pikey" Neal to care for Grandma as long as they could at home. So for seven years with
Craig living with her and the family helping they kept her in her home as long as they could. Jeane had
become the "Rock" of her family after the passing of Pikey "Papaw" She is survived by daughter, Sandra
Carol Neal McLaughlin, her grandson, Pastor Craig Lynn Starkey, Craig's sons, Jordan Hudson Starkey,
Joshua Lynn Neal Starkey, his wife, Andrea Starkey, and Jeane's great great grandson Henry Aaron Lewis
Starkey, her granddaughter. Shannon and Joey Saldana their boys Ragan and Reece Seldene and her youngest
granddaughter, Melissa "Missy" Jeane Ridenour and her sons, Collin Reese, Noble Thomas III and Nathaniel
Thomas.

Grandma Jeane was preceded in death by her nephews, Thomas and Scotty Arbuckle, her brother, Bill
Arbuckle, her mother, Alma Delong Arbuckle Sahner, and her Beloved Forest Junior "Pikey" Neal. Grandma
Jeane is survived by Sandy, Pastor Craig, Shannon and Missy and they invite you to come celebrate Jeane's
life at a memorial service on 6 September 2014 @ 3:00 p,m. at Avon Community Church of God, 2309 N.
800 East Avon, Indiana 46123. In lieu of flowers Jeane's family and Jeane request donations in her honor and
name to Garfiled Park Church of God, 401 E. Southern Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46225 , where Craig serves
as Associate Pastor of Worship under Senior Pastor Wade Seaborne. If you are a friend of Jeane's or Pikey
