Survivors include husband, Sam Bo Hall; sons, Michael Lee Hall, Mark Anthony Hall and Donnie S. Hall; sisters, Doris (Sis) (Gary) Eastes, Carolyn (Shorty) (Phil Fields) Blagg, Diana (Babe) Lawson; 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren with another on the way.

Preceded in death by parents, Guy and Donna Belcher; grandmother, Ida Novella Belcher; brothers Larry and Donald Belcher.

Janets family and grandchildren loved her doll collection and beautiful nicknacks. She liked her daily rides with Sam for a coke and her lottery tickets. She was very proud of her garden and enjoyed the traditional Christmas luncheon at Copper Kettle.

Visitation from 11:00am to 1:00pm on July 10, 2024 at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 W US HWY 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130. Burial at Park Cemetery, Greenfield, IN. Officiating will be Pastor Matt Wickham.
