June 8, 1937 — January 14, 2014
James Alan Munden, 76, of Indianapolis, passed away January 14, 2014. Beloved husband, father, brother and friend. Our Hero has been laid to rest, he was a friend to many and loved by all. Although he is gone in body, the wisdom and knowledge of his years will stay with us forever. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Frances "Midge" Munden, daughters, Lisa, Jaime and Frani; several brothers, sisters, grandkids and great grandkids. Awaiting his arrival were his son Robert and daughter, Debbie, his parents, several siblings and of course Dale Earnhardt Sr. He was entombed at Washington Park East Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel.
