James "Wink" Monroe Petty , 73, of Anderson, IN, passed away at 5:55 AM, Sunday January 24th, at St. Vincent Hospital, Anderson.
James was born in Anderson, IN, on November 6, 1942, a son of the late Louise G. (Griggs) and Monroe Gordon Petty. He is survived by daughter, Dana (Jerry) Baxter, grandchildren, Levi Bennett, Zach and Jayden Baxter, significant other Ellen Mikesell, niece Alexis Mikesell, nephew, Trace Mikesell and special friend Duane Lamberjack. He was proceeded in death by parents Monroe and Louise Petty and daughter, Misty Walton.
Memorial Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. February 6, 2016 at the Southern Heights Christian Church, 5401 Madison Avenue, Anderson, IN. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 3:00 p.m. at the church, officiated by Pastor Bob Hendrickson.
