James Fredrick Long, Jr.

James “Jimmy” F. Long Jr , 60, of New Palestine, IN, passed away at his home, April 25, 2017. He was born to James F. Long Sr. and Lois E. Long (Ulmer) on September 5, 1956 in Indianapolis, IN.
Jimmy was a John Marshall High School graduate and was self-employed, in construction. He enjoyed fishing, working on house projects and helping others first.
Jimmy is survived by his mother, Lois E. Long (Ulmer); sister Debbie Long (Chris R. Pierce); brother John T. (Pam) Long; niece Brandi Long; nephew Johnny Long and his companion "Ty", his Jack Russell Terrier.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his father James F. Long Sr.
Services will be held, Monday May 1, 2017, 7:00pm, at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 West US Highway 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130 . Visitation will be from 4:00pm up to time of service.
