James Earl Alley Jr. (Earl Squirrely) , 49, Indianapolis, IN passed away June 23, 2021 in Indianapolis, IN. He was born on February 27,1972 in Indianapolis, IN.

Survivors include ex-wife Peggy Collins, parents, Barbara Land and James Alley, sisters Angela Diener and Tara Hendrickson, brothers, Claudius Land, David Smith, Jonathan Wells, uncle Paul Alley, grandparents Patricia Dodd, Lola Alley and Bedford Alley, 10 aunts and uncles, 50+ cousins and 80+ friends and companions.

He is preceded in death by stepfather William Land, aunt Dollie Dodd, uncles Ronald Dodd, Frank Dodd and Jack Alley, grandfather Theodore Dodd.

James enjoyed fishing and junking. He helped everybody. Everyone loved him and said he was a good man.

Service will be on Friday, July 2, 2021 at 11:00am at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock Chapel, 2310 W. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN  46222 with Visitation on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 2:00pm to 8:00 pm at the mortuary.  Officiating the service will be Tara Hendrickson.
