, 23 months, of New Palestine, passed away on May 19, 2015 in Indianapolis, IN. She was born on June 15, 2013 in Indianapolis to Christopher Haines and Alexis Phillips.
Survivors include; brothers; Gary Haines, Allen and Wolf Phillips, sister; Jaylynn Haines, grandparents; Susan and Dennis Bushi, Jeff and Jean Haines, Lorie and Tom Madden and James and Colette Hughes.
Services will be on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 11:00am at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel with Visitation from 9:00am up until the time of service at the mortuary.
Burial will be in the Park Cemetery, Greenfield, IN
