Howard Benjamin Rockhill

Howard Rockhill, 86, died at Westside Garden Plaza in Indianapolis, Indiana on June 12, 2014. He was born May 29, 1928, to Howard and Muriel (Roctor) Rockhill in Greencastle, Indiana.
He graduated from Greencastle High School and recieved a BS (1950) and MS (1957) from Indiana State University.  He served in the Marine Corps (1951-53).  He taught in Cassopolis and Dowagiac, Michigan and retired from Indianapolis Public Schools (Stephen Foster School). He was a Life Member of Masons and a member of BPOE.
He is survived by his sister, Nancy Rockhill Walters Smith, Grinell, Iowa; and his five nephews, Mark Joel, John, Paul, and Adam Walters. Graveside services will be in Stilesville, Indiana, at a later date. Arrangements: Bell Mortuary and Crematory
