September 18, 1950 — November 8, 2009

Herbert passed away at St Vincent Seton Hospital in Indianapolis after battling cancer. He retired from Citizens Gas after 32 years of service in 2000. Survivors: Sons DougStaceyHoltgrove and GregKimHoltgrove and Eight Grandchildren
