Survivors: Husband, Ronald Phillips, Sons, Darrell E. Kirby Madonna, Robert T. Kirby, Richard T. Kirby, Stepsons, Ronie Jr. and Christopher Phillips; Sister, Martha Lashley, Four grandchildren, Seven Great Grandchildren, Nieces, Peggy Ann and Carol. Cremation has taken place and graveside services will be held at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Bucksville, Kentucky at a later date.
