known as “Jerry”, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at the age of 50 from metastatic melanoma. He was born on February 19, 1967 to William and Edna Mansfield in Columbus, IN. Jerry was a graduate of Danville High School.
He worked many years as a custodian and enjoyed fishing, darts, and karaoke. Jerry will be lovingly remembered by his wife Starr and two stepsons, Levon and Johnny, his brother Bill and sister Trish, his niece and nephews, Connie, Charlie,Timmy, Robert and Logan, his mother
Edna and will also be forever remembered by his numerous extended family members and many dear friends.
