George William Manter , 88, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away February 16, 2016. He was born in Fort Wayne, IN, on March 2, 1927 to parents Donald Manter and Margaret G. (Montgomery) Manter. He is survived by his daughter, Judee Roller.
