Franklin passed away on May 8, 2009. He is preceded in death by his wife Ruth. Frank retired from CTP Corp. as the Chief Engineer in 1990. He is survived by; 2 sons, DavidTerry and MikeKathy, 2 daughters, LindaAlfredLomelino and RitaMarkLopez. Frank has 10 grandsons and several great grandchildren. Frank served as an elder with Garfield Park Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
