Forrest Glen Parsley

Forrest Glen Parsley , 93, New Palestine, Indiana, passed away November 22, 2022 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was born January 11, 1929 in Beech Grove, Indiana.

Survivors include, Sons, Dave (Debbie) Parsley, Larry Parsley, and Tony (Patty) Parsley; Stepsons, Don (Debbie) Harvey, Danny Harvey and Dana Harvey; Stepdaughters, Debbie (Mark)Bruns, Denise (Bill) Short; 25 grandchildren  and numerous great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by Wife, Dorothy Parsley.

Forrest served his country as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps where he was awarded with the Korean Service Medal with 1 star and the UN Ribbon. He worked for the Indy Star for 42 years and he was a member of the American Legion Post 182. His hobbies included wood working and carving.

Service will be Monday November 28, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 W US HWY 52, Fountaintown, IN with visitation from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
