It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Davis, age 64, who left us peacefully at her home on April 21, 2025. Born on January 24, 1961, Elizabeth was a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished grandmother, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone she met.
Elizabeth was a passionate dog lover and a talented groomer, dedicating her career to ensuring that every furry friend she encountered felt loved and cared for. Her gentle spirit and nurturing nature extended far beyond her profession; she was a beacon of love and support for her family.
As a wife to Greg Davis, Elizabeth shared a deep and abiding love that served as the foundation of their family. Together, they created a home filled with laughter, joy, and countless memories. Elizabeth was a proud mother to Greg, always encouraging him to pursue his dreams and supported him in every endeavor.
Her greatest joy came from being a "Gammy" to her three granddaughters, who were the light of her life. Elizabeth relished every moment spent with them, whether it was playing, crafting, or whipping up delicious meals. She was always the first in line at school pick-ups, eager to hear about their day and share in their adventures. Her love for her family knew no bounds, and she would do absolutely anything for them.
Elizabeth is survived by her loving husband, Greg Davis; her son, Greg; daughter-in-law, Dakota; her sister, Sherry Church; her nieces and nephews, and her cherished grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Madelyn and Charles Church, her sisters, Sue Andrews, and Vicki Burleson, and her brothers, Fred Church, and Larry Sovine.
A celebration of Elizabeth's life will be held on May 1, 2025, at Bell Mortuary, where family and friends are invited to gather and share their memories of a remarkable woman who brought so much love and joy into the world.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Elizabeth’s memory to Frenzy Animal Rescue to support their mission of helping animals in need.
Elizabeth Davis will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
