Survivors include spouse, Robert Hammons; son Harlan (Brittany) Clemons; daughter Brittany (Glen) Losey; sisters, Shirley, Kim, Mona, Diana; brothers, Donald, David and Michael; grandchildren, Kaydee & Cole Clemons, Harper Losey.
Preceded in death by parents, Donald and Romona Applegate; brothers, Bruce and Donnie.
Donna Loved spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren.

Service will be Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at 11:00 am at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 W US HWY 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130 with visitation on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Bell Mortuary & Crematory. Officiating the service will be Pastor Marcus Schrader. Entombment will be at Washington Park East Cemetery.
