Dennis Roland Reed

Dennis Roland Reed, 69, of Shelbyville, IN, passed away at 5:22 PM, Sunday, May 6th, peacefully, at Major Hospital in Shelbyville, IN.

Dennis was born in Scottsburg, IN on March 23, 1949, a son of the late Mary (Bishop) and Orville Reed. Dennis was a decorated Marine, Vietnam veteran. He is preceded in death by brother, Steve Reed; sister-in-law, Patricia Reed; nephew, Joey Reed.  He is survived by wife, Diana Reed; son, Joshua Reed; daughter-in-law, Misty Reed; and former daughter-in-law,Carrie Johnson, who Dennis thought of as a daughter; grandchildren, Craig, Alexus,and Joshua Reed; nephew, Toby Reed.
