Debra Ann (Carnahan) Skaggs

Debra Ann (Carnahan) Skaggs, 59, of Indianapolis, passed away February 28, 2018. She was born April 29, 1958 in Indianapolis to parents Maxine (Wagner) and Timothy Carnahan. Survivors include daughters, Elizabeth (William) Abeel Jr., Renee Danielle Skaggs; sister, Elizabeth Robinson; brother, Bill Hornaday; grandchildren, Kayle Renee Dennis, Arianna Raynn Dennis; nephew, Derek Hornaday; cousin, Susan Rieck; friend, Lisa Harold. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Debra enjoyed cooking, crossword puzzles, lighthouses and hummingbirds.
