Survivors include, sons, Michael, Erich, and Sebastian Smith; daughters, Andrea Smith and Shealynn Llewellyn; cousin, Charles and Garry Smith .
Preceded in death by parents, Walter Von Smith and Virginia Mae Smith; brothers, Gerry & Von Ricardo Smith.
David loved to read the Bible, play video games and learning new things.
