David Milton Dwyer, 66, of Shelbyville, IN passed away on January 27, 2018 in Shelbyville, IN. He was born on March 22, 1951 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Donald M. and Evelyn Delay Dwyer. Survivors include sisters: Deann (Jerry) Erie of Minneapolis, MN, and Linda Crosby (Don) of Georgia; brother, Terry (Lesa) Neeley of Shelbyville, IN; maternal grandparents: Elmer and Doris Delay; paternal grandparents: Howard and Fannie Hall.

Services will be on Friday, February 2, 2018 at 12:00pm with visitation from 10:00am until time of service at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 West US Hwy 52, Fountaintown, Indiana. Officiating the service will be Pastor Carl Coffey.

Burial will be in the West Newton Cemetery, West Newton, Indiana.
