Curtis Arzate , 52, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on October 4, 2017. He was a family man and a hard worker. He is survived by his wife, Kelly; mother, Helen; brothers, Jimmy and Dennis; sons, Christopher Michael and Curtis Melendez; daughters, Michelle and Jill; grandchildren, Tyler, Kayla, Avery, Nova, and Elyza Melani. Curtis was preceded in death by his father, Santiago.
Services will be held Monday, October 9, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock Chapel, 2310 W Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222. Visitation will be on Monday, October 9, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service at the mortuary.
