63, of Indianapolis, passed away December 19th, 2008.He was preceded in death by his beloved wife and best friend of 43 years, Frances Arlene Welding;and parents, Charles and Marcell Welding.He retired from Arvin Automotive, where he was a forklift operator.He was an avid fisherman and birdwatcher. Survivors;daughter, Lisa A.Bill Burdine;son, John C. Welding;granddaughters, Allyssa Burdine and Karlee Welding;and his Cherished pets, Ebony and Ruby. Memorial services are pending.
