Charles H. Spivey

Charles H. Spivey, 77, of Indianapolis, IN passed away December 27, 2019. He was born in Crab Orchard, KY to parents Louise (Hoskins) and Henry Spivey. Survivors include his wife, Marilyn K. (Hayes) Spivey; son, Charles H. Spivey; grandchildren, David C. Spivey, Michael R. Spivey, Jonathan H. Spivey, Nathaniel J. Spivey; great grandchild, Ethan H. Spivey. He was preceded in death by his son, Steven C. Spivey and a grandson, Matthew S. Spivey.

Charles was retired from the Ford Motor Company.

There will be a private graveside service. Burial will be at Crab Orchard Cemetery in Crab Orchard, KY.
