Charlene K (Spears) Bell, 61 , of Indianapolis, IN, went home to be with our Heavenly Father on June 8, 2017. Charlene was preceded in death by her parents James and Georgia Katherine (Coy) Spears. Charlene was survived by her husband, Michael Bell; son, James Luppino; daughters: Jennifer Jines and Patricia Wilson; brother; Randall Spears; sisters: Judith Craig and Beverly Burner; grandsons: Matthew Wilson, Brandon Wilson and Adam Jines; and 4 great grandchildren.
In keeping with Charlene's wishes there will be no funeral services.
