Carolyn R. (O'Connor) Szalay

Carolyn R, (O'Connor) Szalay, 74, of Greenfield, IN, passed away on February 8, 2018 in Indianapolis. Carolyn was born in Carmel, Indiana on April 8, 1943, a daughter of Ruth I (Covert) O'Connor and the late Charles M O'Connor.   Survivors include husband; Bob Szalay, son; Scott (Kurt) Szalay of Fishers, daughter; Theresa (Bruce) Vester of New Palestine, mother; Ruth I. O'Connor of Greenfield, sister; Lois Wade, brother; James O'Connor, sister-in-law; Joann McCloy, grandchildren; Olivia, Cameron, Mariah, Matthew, Zoey, Diana and Isaac.  Preceded in death by father, brothers; Charles, Jr.,Daniel and David.

Services will be on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 1:00pm at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 West US Hwy 52, Fountaintown, IN  46130 with Visitation from 11:00am until time of service at the Mortuary.  Pastor David Huff Officiating.

Burial will be in Park Cemetery, Greenfield, IN.
