Carole Sue (Skaggs) Fannin, 73, of Fountaintown, IN passed away December 13, 2019. She was born in Indianapolis, IN to parents Lula (Donley) and Norman Skaggs. Survivors include her husband, David Fannin; son, Darren (Barbara) Fannin of Fairland; daughter, Donna (Michael) Manning of Indianapolis; brother, Darrell (Sharon) Skaggs of Avon Park, FL; grandchildren, Kevin (Megan) Fannin, Rick (Megan) Fannin, Kelli (Robbie) Fannin, Megan Manning, Faith Pelt; great grandchildren, Hunter, Scottie, Levi, Riley, Gabby, Paige, Aurora. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Norma Fluharty.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 West US Hwy 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130. Services will immediately follow visitation at 1:00 p.m. at the mortuary. Burial will be at Washington Park East, Indianapolis, IN.
