Brent L. Nichols

Brent L. Nichols , 63, of Fillmore, passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021

Brent was born on October 28, 1957 in Greencastle, to Ralph E. and Betty M. (Comer) Nichols.

He was a lifelong mechanic who could fix just about anything. He enjoyed being in nature and roaming around the woods hunting for ginseng and mushrooms. He also enjoyed music, playing guitar and attending open mic nights at Fountain Square in Indianapolis.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ralph E. Nichols and his brother Scott (Potsy) Nichols.

He is survived by his mother, Betty M. Nichols; daughter, Deanna L. Nichols; son, Kevin L. Nichols (Julie); son James E. Nichols; sister Rebecca S. Powell (Grant); brother Barry W. Nichols; sister E. Amber Ternet (Adam); six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at Fillmore Cemetery on October 9th, 2021 at 11:30 a.m.

Arrangements will be handled by Bell Mortuary and Crematory, Royster-Askin-Sandrock, 2310 W Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46222
