Bert was the son of  Vera (Eby) and the late William Armstrong of Lyons, Ohio.

He was the owner for 35 years of Armstrong & Son Hauling, New Palestine.

Member of the New Palestine United Methodist Church, and former member of the New Palestine Lions Club.

Pastors JT Thomas and Steve Harding officiating the service.

Burial will be at New Palestine Cemetery, New Palestine, Indiana.
