Bercie M. Jacobs

Bercie M. Jacobs of Greenfield, IN entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 3, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents, Monroe Maynard and Susann (Napier) Maynard Pierce; husband, Earl J. Jacobs Sr.; daughter, Barbara  L. Brown; daughter-in-law, Linda Jacobs; and two grandchildren. Bercie is survived by daughter, Earlana Kay Kissner (Greg); sons, Earl J. Jacobs Jr, William L. Jacobs and Doyle W. Jacobs (Lori) and fourteen grandchildren and many great and great, great and great, great, great grandchildren as well as many other relatives and friends. Bercie was a member of Drexel Gardens Apostolic Tabernacle, Indianapolis, Indiana for over forty years. She was the secretary and accountant for Jacobs Trucking and Excavating for thirty-eight years, a H&R Block professional tax preparer for thirty-five years. She also worked for over ten years at the BMV (Fortville and Greenfield). She loved to crochet, do arts and crafts. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

Masks are required at visitation and service.

Going home services will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at 1:00pm at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 West US Highway 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130. Visitation will be from 11: 00am until time of service at the mortuary.

Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana.
