Barbara L. (Mason) Turner

Barbara L. Turner , 90, Morristown, IN passed away December 26, 2022 in Morristown, IN. She was born in Indianapolis, IN on October 29, 1932.

Survivors include son, David Nicholson; daughters LeDora (Steve) Calvert, Bekki Sprouse (Significant other Jerry Anderson) and Teresa (Jeff) Merrick; 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren with one on the way; 4 cousins and best friend Deborah Rednour.

Preceded in death by parents, Dorothy & Delon Davisson; husband, Harvey Turner; 1st Husband Lawrence Nicholson; grandmother, Letha Trammel.

She loved the Lord and served Him by telling others about Jesus. Barbara was an avid NASCAR fan, her favorite driver was Dale Earnhardt. She belonged to his fan club. She also enjoyed watching the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers and the Indy 500. She loved her family and her friends and her longing is for all of them to know Jesus as their Savior.

Services will be Friday, January 6, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Shangrila Chapel, 1444 W US HWY 52, Fountaintown, IN 46130 with visitation from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at the mortuary. Officiating the service is Pastor Doug Hardy.
