April Charlene (Smoot) Lynn
April 8, 1947 — February 26, 2012
Our April passed away on February 26. She was the daughter of late Charles and Marie Smoot. Always a hard worker, she was last employed by the great firm of Wheaton Van Lines, who embraced her to the very end. She was a member of the VFW Post 261 Ladies Auxiliary and Ladies Auxiliary of Moose Lodge 17 Chapter 11.
April is survived by her brother, Stephen Smoot, niece, Lauri Smoot and nephew Jeffrey Smoot, step-daughter Shannon Christian and step-son, Russell Lynn and granddaughter, Rowan Christian. April is survived by her "sisters by choice", Barbara Keser, Joann Whitler, Beverly Perkins, Marla Parker and their brother Larry Ward.
April wishes are donations be made to Indianapolis Human Society, Give the Kids the World and St. Jude.
