He was born on November 16, 1949 in Los Angeles, CA to the late Kenneth and Edna (Hughs) Lackey. He is survived by his son, Steven Lackey; sisters, Debbie and Gale; grandchild, Choloe; nephew, David and Fiance, Leonora Adkins.
