Allen E. Lackey, 63 of Indianapolis passed away Monday, November 26, 2012 at IU Health Methodist Hospital. He was born on November 16, 1949 in Los Angeles, CA to the late Kenneth and Edna (Hughs) Lackey. He is survived by his son, Steven Lackey; sisters, Debbie and Gale; grandchild, Choloe; nephew, David and Fiance, Leonora Adkins.
