Adeline M. Gaebe

She was the daughter of Louis and Martha Kirchhoff. She served as an accountant for Flesher and Lawrence Insurance in Ventura for 35 years. She was active in the Ventura chapter of the Emblem Club and the Lutheran church in Ventura and San Luis Obispo. She is survived by stepsons Cleve Scott of Rockville, Ind. and Larry Gaebe of Templeton; stepdaughter, Anne Gaebe of San Luis Obispo; nieces Judy Kirchhoff and Betty Mittel; nephew Vaughn Kirchhoff; seven grand children; 16 great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Casper Scott in 1980; Dr. Laurence Gaebe in 2003, who she married in 1982; her parents; three brothers, Wally, Kurt and Edward.
