Laura L (Kugelman) Alcala

Laura L. Alcala, of Indianapolis, IN passed away June 29, 2018. Laura was born in Indianapolis, IN on December 20, 1976. A daughter of Penny L. (Cleaver) and James B. Kugelman. She was preceded in death by her father, James A. Kugelman.

She obtained a bachelor's degree and worked as a Dental Hygienist. Laura was first in her class and received the Golden Scale Award from the facility.  She enjoyed scrapbooking, reading and spending time with her children and friends.

Laura is survived by her Sons, Aidan Nicholas and Ethan James Alcala, and her Daughter Ava Lynne Hamm; Mother, Penny L. Kugelman;  Brother Bryan James (Jennifer) Kugelman; Grandparents, Joseph and Janet Cleaver; Uncles, Patrick C. Cleaver, Matthew C. Cleaver and Anthony D. Cleaver; Aunts, Cady Brock, Nancy Wilson, Doris,Tonya and Beverly Cleaver; Nephews, Bryan Jr,and  Kylan R.Kugelman; Nieces, Kaitlin M. Kugelman and Megan Kugelman; Cousins, Courtney Cleaver, Tyler Brock, Matthew Cleaver Jr, Brittany Brock, Alexis Brock and Mackenzi Cleaver; Friends and companions, Francisco Alcala Jr, Tiffany Wright, Heather Hamm and Jennifer Wilmoth-Ramsey.

Visitation will be held Friday July 6, 2018 from 2:00 pm. to 4:00 pm. with a 4:00 pm. Memorial Service at Bell Mortuary & Crematory, Royster- Askin-Sandrock Chapel, 2310 W. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46222.
